1. The whole mixer body is bored by the boring machine, to kepp the concentric degree of the mixing axle

Working Principle of Concrete Mixer:

After power on, the driving system (including mixing motor, driving belt, coupling, reducer and connection set, chrysanthemum shaft, etc…) of Sicoma twin shaft concrete mixer transmits the power from high rotating speed to low speed. Then the power is passed on to the two mixing shafts by chrysanthemum shaft. And then, the two horizontal mixing shafts begin to rotate in opposite direction. When shaft ends face to the right of heads and ends, they rotate clockwise and when to the left, they rotate anticlockwise. In this way, the Sicoma concrete twin shaft mixer can mix the materials evenly in short time.
