Production Description

    JS750 twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer can mix dry-hard concrete, plasticity concrete, fluidity concrete, light weight aggregate and various mortar. Drum sets with high manganese cast steel liner and mixing blade, which is durable and easy to replace. Once it is combined with PLD series concrete batching machines, various kinds of concrete batching plant will come into being, which applies to various kinds of large & medium scale prefabricated factory, construction site, road, bridge, airport, tunnel and many other projects.

Production Feature

1. Equip with multiple shaft end sealing protection device and wind pressure sealing protection device and effectively avoid leakage absolutely.

2. Monitoring system of mixer can working condition of monitor reduction box, discharge pump and lubricating pump.

3. Equip with special-purpose motor lubricate oil pump, and four separate pump core respectively feeds oil to four axial heads directly, without using by-pass valve.

4. Multi pipes & way water injecting system can make sure that water can injected uniformly.
