Feature of vertical planetary mixer :

1, Gearing & Mixing: Gearbox drives the mixing arms to do not only a revolution but also a rotation, so does the material inside; 
2, Hydraulic system: Special designed hydraulic power unit provide power for discharging gates; 
3, Discharging device: The discharging gates can be opened by hydraulic, pneumatic or manual; 
4, Security device of the maintaining door: Used to make the maintaining work safe and convenient.
The reduction unit, specially designed for a balanced distribution of power to the various mixing device, ensures a high efficiency and low-noise rotation. Compared the traditional gearbox, this unit takes less space, and the maintenance space of the mixer can enlarge 30%.

5, Large access facility is for easy maintenance and cleaning. 
6, Hydraulic system equipped with manual pump allows the door be opened in case of electric failure.
The discharging door is equipped with limit switches, which can be opened at any angle. Maximum three discharging doors are available.
